We do not offer in-person shopping or local pickup.

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • This is the time required to process your order, print your custom design, and perform quality checks before dispatch.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PT (PT –  Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Time (Transit Time)

  • Shipping Destinations: United States Only.
  • Estimated Shipping Time (US): 5–10 business days (Monday – Friday).

3. Total Delivery Time

The total time from placing your order to delivery is the sum of Handling Time and Transit Time:

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days.

We calculate shipping costs based on your final order value (Domestic US only):

5. Tracking Your Order
